This website is owned and operated by Cherish & Glow. These terms and conditions outline the way in which you may use our website and services and may be used only for your own private purposes. You are not permitted to download and/or print from this website.

By continuing to use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy, govern Cherish & Glows relationship with you in relation to this website.

 

By placing an order with us you agree to accept these terms and conditions. Please note these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the customers responsibility to review and agree to our terms and conditions prior to the purchase of any items, all purchased items are not for resale.

 

Site Maintenance

All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure the website is fully operational. Occasionally technical issues may result in the website being unavailable and we will not be liable if this occurs.

Where possible we will give advance warning of maintenance issues which will result in the website being unavailable, but we shall not be held accountable to provide notice.

Purchasing

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

Disclaimer

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

We will endeavour to ensure all stock on the website is available, although there may be a lead time for any products which will we communicate with the customer if this occurs.

​

We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to the number of different factors such as variations in internet browsers, monitor colour settings, hand made products, etc, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product. Our products are hand crafted; therefore, it is natural that some variation in consistency, colours and hues exists.

We use a premium natural soy wax which often take on frosted (bloom) or dappled appearance. This is completely normal and shows you have a high-quality product and adds to the character.  

​

Good Wax melt care and maintenance is the responsibility of the user; please always follow safe practice when burning the wax melts. Cherish & Glow is not liable or responsible for any injury or damage which occurs due to the lack of care and attention when burning. Because of this, our maximum liability to you is the amount you originally paid for the product.

We have no liability to you, for any delay in receiving your products in which there is a delay from third parties (Royal Mail) or any events outside of our control, including but not limited to; acts of God, war, flood, fire, strikes, riots, virus’s etc.

We will not be held liable or responsible for any electrical burner faults which have been caused by incorrect bulb replacements purchased by you the customer.

Sample Packs

We always advice to purchase a sample product first if you are unsure of the scent you are ordering. We cannot be held liable if the scent you purchase is not to your liking.

Delivery 

We currently only deliver to the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) Delivery charges will be applied during the checkout process. Our delivery charges currently start at £3.99 per order for deliveries up to 1kg, the price will then increase with weight accordingly. We send via Royal Mail 1st Class, their average timescale for delivery is 1-2 working days.

Please allow up to 4-6 working days between ordering and dispatch (although usually sooner) as all wax products are hand crafted and not mass produced, turnaround times could be longer during peak and busy periods such as the run up to Christmas and special events. We do not guarantee next day delivery. At all times we really appreciate your patience. 

​

Any damaged or faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, via email with image attached.

​

If you are not in to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver it to your immediate neighbour. Failing this, the package will be delivered to your local Royal Mail delivery office for you to collect. It will remain there for 14 days. A calling card is usually posted to your address detailing what you should do to retrieve your parcel, although this isn't guaranteed.

Local Collection free of charge for those in the TN area.

Missing items

In certain circumstances we may dispatch orders with some items missing to either meet deadlines or because certain ingredients were unavailable. Where this is the case, we will either substitute the missing item for a similar product or refund the missing items in full.

​

In the case of a wrong product being received, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the matter.

​

Cancellations

All orders placed with us are legally binding, therefore if you do wish to cancel an order, please email us at cherishandglow@gmail.com as soon as possible to inform us.

​

Returns & Refunds

We allow 14 days for returns and refunds, after this period we will no longer be able to offer this service. In order to qualify for a refund, we must receive the item in an unused, unopened state and in its original packaging. We only exchange for the same product originally ordered. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned product.

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to see if you qualify for a refund or exchange, we will then be in contact via email with our outcome.

If eligible, the money will be refunded to the original payment method that was used for the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

​

For any items not made by use i.e. Burners (including electrical and tea light) we will look at cases individually and try to reimburse for damages caused by postage or transit. We do not refund for accidental damage or owner related damage. In each case we can only look at a refund if the burner is returned to us in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

​

Electrical burners- any faulty or damaged burners will need to be sent back to us in the original, undamaged packaging. All bulbs can be purchased at any hardware store or supermarket. Please ensure you buy the correct bulb, as we will not be held liable or refund you if you purchase the wrong bulb which causes the burner to become faulty.

​

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
